I’ve heard about this hotel before and all impressions were positive. This was my first stay and I have to agree. The hotel exceeded my expectations. Also, a very good breakfast. The only complaint was that the lady tending the bar in the evenings was clearly not a professional bartender. Just another employee who just happened to work the late shift. She just lacked that awareness and professionalism that experienced bartenders possess.

Property overall is a great property. One of the dining staff during cocktail hours was VERY rude (poor people skills). Clean and friendly environment inside and outside. I will definitely stay again and will recommend to others.

A great night stay
From the time we walked in we could feel the friendly atmosphere. The desk attendant was very helpful and polite. Service provided was professional. The room was very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and loved all the amenities. The buffett breakfast was good that had a variety of food and beverages. Loved the soothing of the waterfall. The hotel was just beautiful. I recommend this site if traveling in the area.

My first and last stay here. From the rude checkin and each time I had to communicate with this same person, she skipped over me to take care of those who were not a minority despite being one. The room was disgusting there was a napkin or tissue in the ceiling maybe from someone trying to smoke in ther previously, but i didn't smell smoke. The toilet was oddly small and uncomfortable, there were stains on the chairs at the table and on the headboard. Only one elevator worked and it took 15 to 20 minutes each time just catch the elevator. It just wasn't what I expected for the price.
