The room was dirty, the bed was all wrinked, the place smail torrible. The building and my room was dusty and the floors was dirty. I checked out early because of these conditions. Dkd not feel safe in tjat hotel at all. I would like a refund of my money because of these conditoons. Thank you.

I like that it was a quiet place to sleep but the cover were dirty and also had stains in them, ants were in the bed and on the floor and there were roaches in the rooms and throughout the hotel and pillow cases were stained

As soon as we checked In the room so noticed the refrigerator was all iced up and not cooling. I went Down to the front desks and informed the clerk. He said he he made a note of it. I assumed maintenance Would Come up. No one ever did. As a Result lost perishable Food. Also, there were no cups Or sweetener Packets For the In Room Coffee. A very poor experience.

The room was generally fine, although the whole place has definitely seen better days. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, I had a few significant problems with my stay. The WiFi was so bad that it was basically useless. Breakfast didn't start until an hour later than they stated at check-in. And in the room, the curtains were set up so that they didn't close at all, which mean that the bright lights from the parking lot were shining into my window all night.

The floors are disgusting everywhere. In the hallways and rooms. Hair balls by the elevator. Carpet baseboards falling off in our room. The toilet seat needed to be replaced. The smell of overwhelming air fresheners will knock you down. Pay the extra money and stay somewhere else.

I like the area. It felt safe there. I like that it had a pool in the facility. I like it that we had some challenges that were quickly resolved. For example, the refrigerator was not keeping things cold the first day and then that issue was resolved. It would have been better if the room had a microwave included.

Not a clean hotel at all....not impressed.
My son and I were coming into town and booked a room at this Hotel. When we arrived, the gentleman at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. When we got to our room....it did not smell good at all. I was hoping that as I got the AC running the smell would go away but that was not the case. When we left to grab some dinner, the elevator had trash all in it and just some sketchy people outside too. When we returned...unfortunately the room still smelled bad...like weed and cigarettes and body odor. The overhead fan in the room was so loud and the condensation from the AC unit is probably what was contributing to the smell in the room. Breakfast was not that great either and the mini fridge didn't even have milk or anything in it. All in all, we just dealt with it but should have forked out the extra $30 to stay at the Hilton close by. We just sucked it up and dealt with it since we were just in for a night but definitely the place is not cleaned or managed well.

Nice quiet location despite busy interstate and commercial area nearby. Door hardware is apperently worn out since getting key cards to work is not easy.
