Breakfast bar and cookies in the afternoon were delightful. Front desk clerk helpful. My bed was lumpy though...no bed like home. I wasn't informed until I checked in that they would hold $100 deposit on my reservation. I should have been told this online when I made the reservation. They worked it out with me, but it was an unexpected expense on by debit card.

Convenience is key
It’s a go to hotel because I drop my baby off to university and help get her dorm together. It’s also close to the expressway and several shops including Target. It’s very convenient for us, plus breakfast is really good

Our stay was good until one of the hotel staff came into our room at 9:30 a.m.. We had not checked out yet and I had put on the text survey I was checking out at 11:00 a.m. so I don't know why they showed up and hour and a half early.
