Upon check-in, the 1st room had a strong mildew smell. I went to the desk to request another room, and the desk clerk told me all the 1st floor rooms were just "done" last week. The 2nd room smelled and had a bunch of nasty hair wrapped around the strainer, which was sticking up from the bathroom sink and the blanket on the bed was very dirty. Not just stained, but dirty as if it had not been washed since the last few guests used it.

Upon checking a $100 deposit was required that was never stated in the checkout. Bedspreads had stuff on the bottom side as if they had just been flipped and not changed. No smoking but hallways smelled like weed

Rooms were nice and clean, the breakfast was good, the hotel accomodated our request for conjoing rooms for our kids. We give the hotel an overall 9/10. Would stay here again.

This hotel was middle of the road! Not terrible but not five star. Bed was clean but counter had not been cleaned and drain had lots of hair in it. Water bubble on ceiling so leak somewhere. We paid for a business suite but were given the handicap room and the shower was not user friendly. Had to hold shower head to shower. Breakfast was good and had options.

While staying at this property I told at least three front desk workers that there was a bad smell in the room and not one tried to assist. Also there were somebody’s socks left in the room and the sheet on one of the beds had brown stains on it, which let me know the room hadn’t been properly cleaned, I also told the front desk, she stated she would see what she could do and she never got back with me. Lastly, I left my keys in your hotel by mistake, I spoke with three of your workers on three different days, who stated they would get my keys once the room was cleaned, it’s almost been a week since I been there. I guess the room still has not been cleaned. This hotel is awful. It’s nice when you walk in and smells ok when you walk in but on the floors it’s horrible. Will never be staying here again. And I am looking into what needs to be done to get my keys

Very average but the front desk woman was nice. Desk chair had crumbs on it. TV didn’t have a remote. Toilet ran constantly. Climate control worked well and wasn't too noisy. Bed was comfortable. The air just outside the hotel smelled like sewage.
