Rules

Smoking inside the house is a $250.00 fine. There is no parking in front of the neighbors yard or driveway(11 car maximum). That is a $300.00 fine.
No parties allowed. No speakers/radios allowed. If more than 15 people are on the property. This is a $600 fine. Authority will be called
No smoking or glass inside of hot tub. Any damage to the hot tub you will be held responsible for replacement. $675. Hot tub is seasonal Oct.1-Apr.1
