Everything went smoothly and it’s a great location for Jackson as it’s right in front of a bus stop. Very clean rooms as they were just remodeled so can’t complain! Imagine a clean modern room with the design of a cabin outside

Front desk staff not too helpful or friendly. You get charged a resort fee and hot tub is cold, fitness room looks like a storage room, breakfast doesn't start until 7am, and restaurant on site is closed for season. Not worth the price!

The room was great and staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was closed for the off-season but that information was available on the website. I was disappointed that the gym was closed for renovations. Great location with the START town shuttle stop right outside. I didn't have a chance to take advantage of the courtesy car or spa but definitely will next time.
