The front desk staff was not friendly at check in. Additionally the room was very loud at 11.30 pm so I called the front desk. After 30 minutes it continues so I call again only to be told that the noise is coming from the pool area and he cannot tell them to be quiet because they are friends of the owner! And kids running through the hallways at midnight

This property is in need of new carpets throughout. Very old, smelly and dirty. Beds are not great, bathrooms have been somewhat updated. staff at front desk is very young and not very well informed.
