Não fui atendida, minha reserva não foi feita, fiquei sem quarto e tive que ir para outro Hotel mais caro e implorar para que adaptassem um quarto para mim pois não tinha quarto disponível em nenhum lugar. Não fui reembolsada. Achei uma falta de consideração e responsabilidade.
