とにかく、スタッフの方の距離感がとても良かった。離れた所からでも、写真を撮りましょうかと声がけしていただいた。 大きな旅館だけど、アットホームな感じがしてスタッフの方と話しやすくてとても居心地が良かった。 若い方でも、落ち着いて接客をされている感じが伝わりました。 来年の同じ時期、また利用したいと思います。

出雲大社に近くチェックイン前でも駐車場を利用でき参拝に便利でした。温泉もとろとろとした泉質でよく温まりいいお湯でした。土地柄か完全な露天風呂はなく残念でしたが、とてもよかったです。食事も美味しくスタッフのみなさまも笑顔で気持ちがよかったです。また利用したいです。

出雲大社に近く早朝参拝にも歩いて行け便利でした。 立地やスタッフの対応はよかったのですが残念だったのがバイキングのお食事。プラスチックの容器でしたし、種類は多いが期待していたカニも身が細く２日目にはいただきませんでした。1番美味しかったのが夜鳴きそば！こちらは遅い時間の提供でしたがお部屋に持ってきていただくことも出来てとても美味しかったです。

お宿に到着から翌日の朝食前までは本当に幸せでした。 スタッフは皆さん優しいし、気遣いが半端ない。 おもてなしの極みみたいな御宿です。 こちらのグループはどこにいってもハズレがないのです。 コロナ禍から国内旅行をする様になり通い始めて早4年。 朝食会場の受付スタッフにより最悪な気持ちになりました。 予約していましたがお客様がいっぱいで待たされる事に。 まぁ、それは仕方のない事です。 受付のこの方の態度が横柄で、朝からモヤモヤが止まらなくなりました。 片手に電話？なのかインカム、もう片方の手でボールペンを手の上でカチャカチャ周しています。 下手なボールペン周しをずっとずっと見させられ並ばされている私達。 しかも並んでいる私達の後ろの方から他のお客様を通そうとします。 私達は2組4名の別家族です。 「グループ席でなくて大丈夫ですよ、別々でもいいんです。」と伝えると益々不機嫌になる受付スタッフ。 プイっとしながら朝食会場に入っていき、他のスタッフに声をかけます。 こちらだと言われて会場に入りましたが、会場スタッフには愚痴だけ言ってたみたい。 会場半ばで受付スタッフは入口に戻り、私達はそこに取り残されました。 気付いた他のスタッフ（愚痴を聞いていた方とは別の方）が来てくれましたが状況がわからず右往左往。 なんとかお席に案内をしてもらいましたが、私のモヤモヤが止まりません。 今回の旅行は仕事上お世話になっているご家族にお礼がしたくてお連れしました。 700キロ離れた遠方から飛行機で来て食事の好みがあるのでブッフェにしたのです。 前夜の夕食ブッフェや夜中のラーメン、お風呂にマッサージや占いまで、本当に楽しんでいただけていました。 お連れして良かったねっと夫と喜んでいたのです。 朝食の受付スタッフに出会う前までは。 私は苛々が止まらなくて席に座ったものの会場を飛び出しました。 すぐ横にあるフロントの方に今受付でされていた事を伝えました。 その後フロントから連絡を受けたマネージャーさんの対応で4名席に通していただく事に。 お互い食事も終わりがけでしたが、お心遣いが嬉しくて受けさせていただきました。 会場出る時に受付スタッフがまだいましたが、私に気付きどこかを向きました。 謝る気はさらさら無さそうです。 ホテルの取引先の娘さんなのかしら？他のスタッフさん達と全然違うんです。 偉そう、という印象だけ。接客には向いていません。 旅行の終盤で出会いたくなかったなっと思います。
