The staaff is amazing. That is the best thing of the hotel. The hotel is close to the beach, mall and some markets and restaurants. I didn’t have a tour and they helped me with everything last minutes. And everything was perfect. The onley bad thing is the withe blonde woman that sometimes is at the reception she is is rude and disrespectful. Everything else 10 a of 10 .

Great location.
Efficient check in. Lovely room with balcony and view of the sea. A little noisy at times, but mostly alright. Friendly staff. Breakfast was alright, but it got boring during my week’s stay. I’ll stay again.

The location is convenient, close to the sea and plenty of shops to get food or to eat at. I would like to especially thank the front desk staff members, Bersel and Gunes. They were very kind, helpful, and professional with the check in and room requests. Ms.Bersel, Mr. Gunes, Mr. Savas and Mr. Cenk were all very professional and deserve 5 stars. However, the front desk staff named Burak deserve 0 zero stars. When requested a room change at 01:00 a.m. due to noise and AC reasons, he "geniusly" suggested he could "refund the room expense". After he geniusly assigned a room right to an occupied room out of tens of rooms. It is 10-floor building with rooms on each floor and the hotel was virtually empty due to the season. So, out of plenty of rooms that could match the requested criteria for the incoming guest, he made such ill-informed and inconsiderate decision. He had the audacity and balls to suggest a guest refund of the room charge after 10 hours. Guest who checked in at 3:00 p.m. and was already sleeping at 1:00 a.m. This rude person named Burak is the reason, Hotel Marla could not get a 5 star rating. However, the hotel manager was very kind when the issue was addressed.

The only good thing this hotel has going on is location. Therefore the rating wasn’t the lowest. It’s by the Kordon ( promenade), walkable distance to all the sights and nightlife. Safe area. Other than that, everything else was very disappointing. Our room was dirty when we checked in. Bed sheets weren’t fresh and the bathroom was a mess. Hair all over the bathtub and dead skin (so much that you can scoop it, I have video),toilet desperately needed a brush ( you can imagine why), the sink was disgusting. I reported this to the front desk, but they said no cleaning crew was available and nothing can be done until next morning. Actually the receptionist tried to ask an employee to take care of that, but the guy refused. What a service, ha! They showed me few other available rooms, all were in the same state. So I had no choice, but to clean it myself by pouring boiling water( there is kettle in the room) and using desinfecting wipes. I felt they should’ve pay me not vice versa. That’s not acceptable. Receptionists barely speak English and zero knowledge about basic tourist staff. Not helpful at all. Breakfast was ok, but they are so stingy with their servings and so unpleasant when serving as you, they make you feel as you are asking them to give you their liver. Very negative energy from the ladies at breakfast who seemed like they hated every guest and hated to be there. Very unpleasant stay. Unprofessional staff. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this hotel!

A great location.
Great location. But my room lights didn’t work and after four requests to have them fixed, nothing was done. I asked for a room change which was great. Further, having breakfast one morning the plants were watered and the outdoor area was hosed down while people were still having breakfast. This should have been done after breakfast was finished. The breakfast staff were lovely, but reception staff needed to be more welcoming and friendly to guests. I’d stay here again though as it was good value.

Hotel location is very nice. The room walls are very thin. If you have talkative neigbours or they like watching tv, you can't sleep till they stop. The bathrooms for two adjacent rooms have common suspended ceilings and from the neighbor bathroom you can hear all conversations.

Nice place in great location, in the heart of the city, Close to waterfront and shopping stores. Crew was friendly, room, and bathroom was clean and bed was comfortable. wifi is not strong or fast. I forgot my phone and they mailed it to me. Strongly recommend.
