The room had a good layout with a small table and chairs by the patio door. The balcony was fantastic, a large area along with a comfortable hammock and spectacular views of the ocean. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had good pressure. The best part of this resort, was not hearing the noise from the pool area which is quite common for most resorts, but due to the building layout, it lends itself to quiet balcony areas. I had also stayed at another resort while in Ixtapa, and I found Las Brisas to be a better value with better quality buffet food.

We came here 20 years ago on honeymoon, and still great, of course is an older hotel but the architecture is as awesome as always, one of the best designed hotels out there

The stay was great wish I would have booked a Ionger stay as it would have been so worth it! The staff is so kind and it’s a true vacation getaway the days felt endless in such a nice way. Will definitely be back!

Not worth the price. Ragged hotel room that shows very little investment in keeping the place up to standards. Food included as breakfast is not good, room service food is expensive fast food - I would consider another place.

Amazing location. Lots of food options. Private beach is wonderful. Staff had limited English (in our experience) but wasn't a problem. View from rooms is tough to beat. Great experience. Would definitely stay here again.

The Pros: The property has incredible views to the ocean and incredible nature around the hotel, a beautiful beach and a jungle around, the happy hour in the 20th floor was excellent with drinks and different appetizers every day also the continental breakfast was always great, the two employees working there Julio and Azuri work excellent and are the coolest and friendly guys. The Cons: The buffet food looks almost the same every day and quality is mediocre and expensive, not worth to get all inclusive, many restaurants options to eat out within 10-15 minute walk, delicious and at a much better prices. Yes I would stay again in Las Brisas.

Great service and wonderful staff. But note there is a lot of walking and a ton of stairs to negotiate. If you are on crutches or wheelchair, staying here will present a challenge.
