There are additionally two, large community hot tubs, walking/biking trails nearby, RV and boat parking and we are right next door to Archie Gubler Park, which includes pickleball, basketball, baseball, sand volleyball, and a splash pad!

Fun in the sun

Great place for a family reunion

Love all the room in this house. Plenty of bedrooms to make sure everyone has a quiet place to sleep. We enjoyed the close by amenities - sand volleyball, pickleball, two pools and even a Harmon’s close by. This property is close to the pickleball courts - the games begin at sunrise. This is our third stay at Paradise Village and this is our favorite home.

Great spacious home

We enjoyed our stay at Paintbrush 65. The place was perfect for us. We had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked. The bedrooms were very nice and we enjoyed the pool table and movie theater and the pickle ball courts that were right behind the property (that was an added bonus)

Great for big families

We had a big group and we’re excited we could all stay in the same place. There was something for everyone. It was nice to be in walking distance of the lazy river/pool splash pad. The house is so open that be aware the noise echos so if you have family that is hard of hearing they might have a hard time. Plenty of outdoor space too. We are already planning when to go back.

Entertainment for Everyone

This house hit all the needs! Double dishwashers, ovens and washer/driers made keeping up with 20 people so much easier. There was something for everyone between the hot tub, pool table, shuffle board and theatre. The bonus pickle ball courts out back were the star of the show and Snow Canyon being so close made for some great exploring days. The few hiccups we had were handled promptly by management. We would definitely repeat this visit in the future.

This home is beautiful, roomy, and accommodating. The rental process from start to finish was great. It is located right next to the tennis courts (just feet off the back of the home), so the rooms near the back heard people playing in the early mornings. Other than that, I would recommend this property!

Awesome gathering place

Had an amazing trip with family. We had 9 adults and 9 kids between 1 & 11 and we all fit very comfortably. So much room for the kids to run and plenty of cups/dishes/towels & such for us all. Close to both pool areas and the pickelball courts.

Perfect family reunion

This property was perfect for our large family! We loved that there were so many places to be within the home to spread out and large enough gathering places for us to all be together. It was great to be close to pools and pickle ball courts and a big park for baseball and basketball games! The amenities and extras were plentiful! All that we wanted was right there! We were able to bike ride to Tuacahn in Snow Canyon, take some great close by hikes, and relax in the hot tub afterwards. The property was clean and well managed with no unwanted surprises!
