As condições do hotel estavam bem precárias. Fui com minha família e não foi nada agradável. A água havia acabado e quando voltou, a água saía marrom. Parecia água de esgoto, tanto pelo vaso e pia, quanto pelo chuveiro! O pior foi o descaso dos funcionários, que nem se dispuseram a ajudar ou ao menos tentar fazer o hóspede se sentir menos constrangido. Pude nem escovar os dentes. Lamentável! Por fim, o café da manhã também decepcionou.

A pousada fica um pouco longe do centro e o acesso a pé não é viável. Achei razoável, as fotos mostram uma beleza não tão real , o quarto q ficamos foi c hidromassagem q funcionou bem mas o banheiro permaneceu c um cheiro de esgoto durante toda a nossa hospedagem. O café da manhã é maravilhoso! O atendimento na recepção é muito agradável. Não tem interfone para os atendimentos. Se precisar de algo , tem q ir buscar na recepção.

A pousada não tem agua quente em pleno inverno de Penedo, estava no banho tinha acabado de colocar shampoo a agua gelou, meu marido foi a recepção pediram para esperar, a espera foi mais de 20 minutos e nada de agua quente, tive que sair só de roupão passar pela garagem, recepção para tirar o shampoo da cabeça. Sou GOLD nos hoteis.com, o pior que já fiquei, nunca passei por uma situação assim.
