Cama minúscula, chuveiro não esquenta bem. Café da manhã muito repetitivo e fraco, sem muitas opções. Atendimento de hospedagem horroroso, nada receptivos. Equipe fria. Local longe da praia, pelo menos 2km, ao lado da rodovia. Muito barulho de carro e caminhao passando toda hora, dia e noite. Reserva te exige confirmação ameaçando no-show, Mal educados. Piscina falam que é térmica, mas é mais fria que o mar no inverno

A entrada/saída da garagem é extremamente estreita e no momento do checkin nada é comunicado a respeito. Embora fosse reserva para casal, deixaram apenas uma toalha do banheiro. Pouco barulhento em razão da proximidade com a rodovia.

Gostaria de alertar outras pessoas para que não fiquem neste hotel principalmente com família. Chegamos com 5 malas no momento do check-in ,perguntamos a recepcionista se tinha algum carrinho para levarmos as bagagens ate o quarto, a mesma, trouxe o carrinho deixou na frente do elevador e voltou para a recepção , eu e meu filho entao colocamos as malas no carrinho e empurramos sem que ninguem nos ajudasse enquanto meu marido iria ate o estacionamento descoberto para guardar o carro pois nos avisaram que não tinha mais disponibilidade de guardar o carro no estacionamento no predio do hotel.Este hotel fica localizado na BR , por este motivo perguntei a recepcionista se os vidros eram anti ruído e ela me confirmou que sim . Deixamos nossas coisas e fomos ao restaurante do hotel, péssimo atendimento, os garçons esqueciam nossos pedidos e a pizza demorou quase 1h para ser servida. Exaustos fomos para o quarto e ao arrumarmos nossas coisas observamos então que todo ruído da estrada era ouvido nitidamente dentro do quarto , liguei então para a recepção e a recepcionista disse que nunca tinha tido aquele tipo de reclamação e teria outro quarto para nos oferecer, isso as as 23h após termos desarrumado nossas malas. Porque ela não nos ofereceu assim que chegamos já que perguntei sobre o barulho dos carros ????? Só para completar mofo no teto do quarto e do banheiro, ou seja, uma total falta de respeito com pessoas que confiam naquilo que estão comprando. NÃO GOSTARIA QUE NINGU

Adorei o hotel, em especial o restaurante, com Música ao vivo e pratos incríveis , saborosos e preço ok. O hotel é limpo, agradável , moderno e não cobra estacionamento, seria incrível se tivesse mais espaço para uma cama para a criança no quarto, pq minha filha acabou batendo a cabeça no móvel quando dormiu no colchão no chão , o espaço é muito pequeno mas tirando isso, o hotel me surpreendeu!

Bom, bonito, barato e barulhento.
O hotel só não vai ganhar um 10 porque falta investir melhor em janelas com isolamento acústico. Muito barulho para dormir pois o hotel está localizado as margens da BR 101. O Hotel é limpo, tem instalações novas, garagem gratuita, bonito rooftop com piscina e bar, bom café da manhã. Apesar do problema do barulho, ainda recomendo o hotel.
