House recently renovated, with air conditioning, suite, barbecue, very close to Dream Beach !!!! We have 3 bedrooms and 1 suite, and more bedrooms, social bathroom, very spacious kitchen, laundry, garage for 3 cars, yard, large living room !!!!! Next to supermarkets, local shops, the house is very well located, ideal for a small group of friends and family, they will surely love it !!!!

DECEPÇÃO
Para começar, a propaganda é enganosa, pois, não fica na esquina da praia, fica a um quarteirão e meio dela. No dia que chegamos não fomos recebidos por ninguém. Quanto ao imóvel deixou a desejar com relação a alguns ítens: 1) duas geladeiras muito velhas e uma não funciona; 2) chuveiro da suíte só banho frio; 3) microondas com fio solto sem funcionamento; 4) fogão com fogo muito fraco; 5) alguns colchões muito velhos e sem condições de uso; 6) precisando de dedetização urgente devido ao aparecimento de muitas baratas; 7) ficamos presos nos banheiros algumas vezes devido as fechaduras estarem muito enferrujadas; 8) piso com desnível ( degraus ) , o que provocou alguns tropeções e quedas; 9) Ficamos sem TV, em função da troca da tv analógica por digital ( a casa não dispunha de conversor ); 10) a garagem não comportava nossa van.
