Não gostamos. 1) cartão de abrir a porta do quarto sempre desmagnetizava, tínhamos que descer para ativar o cartão novamente. 2) ar condicionado virado para a cabeça, nem alterando as paletas dava certo. 3) cama ruim e travesseiro muito alto 4) chuveiro esquentava e esfriava com frequência na hora do banho 5) café da manhã com variedades, mas sempre as mesmas coisas. 7) A localização e muito boa. 8) estacionamento gratuito

Hotel tem que separar excursão em um andar separad
Tive que mudar de quarto 3 vezes. Hotel cheio de adolescentes Argentinos, povo desprovido de educação e outros adjetivos. A postura que eu esperava do hotel era não colocar um casal no mesmo andar de uma excursão de adolescentes. Eu tive que fazer essa reclamação e indagar a mudança de guarto.

Muita coisa pra melhorar no quarto
O ponto positivo foi o café da manhã que estava maravilhoso, sala de jogos tbm é excelente, com várias opções de jogos. Não tive tempo de conhecer as piscinas. Pontos negativos: muito barulho nos corredores na madrugada, ar condicionado antigo e quando liga com cheiro de mofo, muita sujeira no banheiro, uns pingos de tinta azul pelas paredes, dentro do box inunda com água, o ralo não dá conta. Roupa de cama com rasgos. Enfim, eu não voltaria, não para aquele quarto.

O quarto foi com cama de casal comum apertado, achei q fosse q Queen. Estava com muita chuva todos os dias reaolvi antecipar 1 dia da minha saída, e nao tive nenhum valor extornado, sem problemas q cobrassem as taxas, mas a recepção alegou por ser feito pelo hoteis.com nada poderia fazer para nem se quer devolver uma parte do valor de 1 diária.

Hotel bem localizado com ótimo cafe da manhã, fiquei na torre antiga, mas ta tudo bem reformado, so deixo uma ressalva quanto a recepção quando fui reservar perguntei sobre quartos com sacada e o atendente disse que so tinha um com varanda fechada, chegando lá vi que todos os quartos da torre antiga tem essa sacada, mas so um detalhe mesmo, no geral foi uma estadia muito agradável o hotel ta de parabens pelo serviço...
