Muito bom e equipado
Ja tinha ficado outras vezes mas a muito tempo atrás. Foi tudo bem, chuveiro bom, cama boa e quarto de bom tamanho e bem equipado. O ponto fraco é a acustica, escuta-se barulho da rua e dos corredores. Tem uma obra ao lado que começam com a marretas 7:30 da manha no sábado, mas disso so Hotel não tem culpa.

A hospedagem é boa, bem localizada, quarto confortável, limpo, bom tamanho, banheiro com toalhas limpas, porem não são macias, tem sabonete, mas não tem shampoo, janelas sem telas de proteção, achei muito perigoso, eu fiquei no nono andar, três piscinas, sauna, hidro, etc. cafe da manha excelente, funcionários educados, A segurança; apesar do monitoramento por câmeras, me senti um pouco inseguro, visto que funciona um apart hotel no mesmo prédio, na mesma portaria, compartilhando os mesmos elevadores, corredores, etc.

Cafe da manhã excelente e hotel bem conservado. Somente o edredom que estava dentro do armário estava empoeirado e não utilizamos. Tamanhos perfeito da acomodação , senti falta somente de um chuveiro melhor e microondas no quarto. Localização perfeita

Ao chegar no hotel nos foi liberado o check-in mais cedo, sendo muito bom, pois em família tivemos mais tempo para arrumar as coisas no quarto. Ao chegar no quarto tudo parecia ótimo, porém ao passar mais tempo dentro dele, percebemos que o vidro da cabine de banho estava quase caindo, o ralo da cabine fazia barulho 24h por dia incomodando muito e o ar condicionado vazava água em cima de uma das camas. Também, o quarto Studio para 4 pessoas tem um mimi roupeiro que não dá para 2 pessoas, imagine para 4. Informado os problemas a recepção, eles resolveram os mais simples e os demais persistiram durante toda a semana de estadia. Café da manhã excelente. Piscinas sem aquecimento mas muito boas. Hidromassagens boas, porém uma não estava funcionando e a outro vivia suja. Saunas muito boas.

Em geral, local muito bom. Duas ressalvas: o serviço de limpeza do quarto só é feito se solicitarmos e a internet que funcionou bem nos primeiros dias, depois não funcionou mais apesar de reclamarmos várias vezes.

Apenas se você quiser economizar.
No meu segundo dia de hospedagem, saí para participar de um congresso e requisitei a troca da minha roupa de cama. Quando cheguei novamente ao hotel, às 19h, a cama estava com os mesmos edredons e lençóis (as mesmas descosturas, as mesas manchas). As tomadas eram todas frouxas. As pilhas do controle do ar condicionado e do televisor já tinham acabado.
