Beautiful hotel!
The hotel was beautiful and the staff were all very pleasant and professional. Our room was on a corner with huge windows on both walls, the bed was comfortable, and the room and bathroom were very clean. A plate of fruit and half a dozen water bottles were provided in the room. Very nice stay and I would be happy to return if I'm back in Istanbul.

POSITIVE: -The room was fine, nice view and clean. -Breakfast was good and plenty of choices. -Valet parking is available but be aware, when we asked for our car, the brought us a different one!! :0. Wondering what if, they gave away our car to someone else, scary. -Location is far from the main tourist places, but the metro station was 3 minutes away at the back of the hotel and enjoyed the experience of public transportation. NEGATIVE: -We "dared" to ask for help on a phone call from a waiter in the breakfast room, and immediately he was surrounded by his colleagues and called out by his manager, because "he was not allowed to speak on the phone..." C'mon he was helping us. Cheers to the waiter that went above and beyond to help us. Staff was fine, but they are expecting a tip for doing nothing. Asked for a massage by the spa, tipped the massagist and then a lady that was next to her serving coffee asked for a tip too.... offered 5 dollars and she said no thank you that is too low.
