Welcome to our villa located in Balat on the Golden Horn shore, a UNESCO World Heritage site. This charming area is renowned for its rich history and cultural significance, having hosted Jews, Armenians, and Turks throughout the centuries. Our villa is just a 30-second walk from the sea, tram line, and ferry station, and only 10 minutes on foot from the Eyüp Sultan Mosque. From your window, you can enjoy views of the Byzantium city walls.

Rest assured about cleanliness and hygiene. As cleanliness-obsessed individuals, we ensure everything is spotless until we are certain.

Other things to note:

-The whole villa is yours. There are two separate flats in the building. Flats and terrace are connected by stairs. There is no elevator.

-Identities will be collected before check-in due to law.

-Cleaning during the stay is available upon request for a fee of 50 euros. Due to requests from some guests for hotel-style cleaning, we have found it necessary to include this information. Please remember that this is not a hotel.

-If you prefer VIP one way airport transportation (80 euros for up to 6 people or 100 euros up to 16 people), please inform me before the day you arrive. Note that only cash USD, EURO or TL payments are accepted.

-There is a private car park near our place that costs 9 euro daily.

Overall satisfied with our stay.Loaction,communication were very good.Property though old is in historic district,has an awesome terrace.Professional fixing of a malfunction eg faucet is not available right away as they are scheduled and available after days.
