Miscommunications but a decent stay
My room was clean and spacious. My room faced the street and luckily the blackout curtains helped darken the room. The check-in process was not all that smooth, first telling me I had no reservation, then finding it. The WiFi was a bit of a pain, but once I was logged in worked well. The hallways smelled of formaldehyde but not my room. My front door let in a lot of light and sound as it wasn't fitted all that well. Overall, I had a good night's sleep. I asked to use their shuttle service and my suspicions about miscommunication were confirmed as even when I wrote the time down I wanted to be picked up, they ordered it an hour later. Luckily a Uber/Taxi was an easy booking and I made it to the airport in plenty of time.

Nice place to stay and we will be back!
We had some trouble getting through customs, but we’re able to successfully get our transportation to the hotel. The staff is amazing, very friendly and accommodating, and was available to answer all our questions even though we got in a little late.

Overall you get what you pay. Nice hotel, but don't book their airport shuttle through WhatsApp. When i booked, i mentioned that i have lots of luggages and i need a big van (even though we were 4). However, upon exiting the airport they started to play the tricks, almost forced me to take 2 SUVs (so that i have to pay double). After fighting about an hour, they sent a big van. The H and B guys at the taxi stand are all greedy people, be careful
