The staff make the place great! They are very helpful and they have a can-do attitude. After checking in, I found that the mini fridge in the room wasn't working. I called front desk and they sent someone within minutes. He checked the fridge and when couldn't figure out what was wrong with, went downstairs and came back with another fridge! At breakfast time, the food options were not suitable for me. I told the staff that I was vegan. They came up with a quick solution. They came back with fries, jam, honey, and fresh veggies. They helped us with a cheerful attitude all the time. Way to go guys!

The price is the winner very affordable. The price in the restaurants are affordable as complare to city. Close of IST aiport. Only issue was there was a noice sometimes from other rooms so looks like no sound proof wall. But still it is good and affordable

Perfect hotel for long flight layover
I stayed for few hours due to long layover of my flight. I arrived in the evening, went out for a quick dinner, there are few restaurants or eating places within walking distance, the food was okay, people are nice, they accept US$. The hotel is next to a large Mosque, seems in pretty safe area. Its rooms are clean, perfect for short stay. The clerks are friendly and courteous.

Miscommunications but a decent stay
My room was clean and spacious. My room faced the street and luckily the blackout curtains helped darken the room. The check-in process was not all that smooth, first telling me I had no reservation, then finding it. The WiFi was a bit of a pain, but once I was logged in worked well. The hallways smelled of formaldehyde but not my room. My front door let in a lot of light and sound as it wasn't fitted all that well. Overall, I had a good night's sleep. I asked to use their shuttle service and my suspicions about miscommunication were confirmed as even when I wrote the time down I wanted to be picked up, they ordered it an hour later. Luckily a Uber/Taxi was an easy booking and I made it to the airport in plenty of time.
