Çalışanlar çok kibar ve ilgiliydi, her şey fotoğrafta gözüktüğü gibiydi,nehir kenarında kahvaltı çok güzeldi yeterliydi, odada klima çalışmıyordu ama çok sıcak olmadığı için sıkıntı etmedik, lavabodan rahatsız edici bir koku geliyordu onun dışında memnun kaldık, tekrar tercih ederiz💐işletme dışı bir sorundu ama diğer odalarda kalan “kişiler” ses konusunda duyarsız ve saygısızdı

İnternet sitesinden randevu aldığımız otele vardığımızda 3 yetişkin diye belirtmemize rağmen oda da çift kişilik yatak vardı ve üçüncü kişi için yatağın ekstra ücretlendirmeye girdiği söylendi.Türkiye'nin çoğu yerinde kalmış biri olarak ilk defa böyle bir uygulamayla karşılaştım.Eğer ki 3kişilik diye belirtildiyse 3 yatağın olması gerekir lâkin otelin saçma da olsa böyle bir uygulaması varsa bununda internet sitesinde ekstra olarak belirtilmesi gerekir.Diğer olarak resepsiyondaki hanımefendinin bu durumu saçma bulmamızla başlayan tartışmada ki hâl ve hareketleri de çok kabaydı.

Çalışanlar kibar ve ilgili ama onun dışında kötü
Odadaki bir çok şey çalışmıyordu, jakuzi bir hayal kırıklığıydı, otel ile ilgili kayda değer tek şey çalışan ekibin çok dost canlısı, ilgili ve profesyonel olması, arkadaşlar işlerini iyi yapıyorlar fakat onun dışında kötü bir deneyimdi.

Resimler yanıltıcı olur ya genelde. Bu otel tam olarak resimlerde iki gibi. Temiz bir otel. Klima buzdolabı TV ketıl herşey çalışıyor Du. Yataklar çok rahat tam göl kenarı sessiz huzur bulduk arkadaşımla. Otelde karşılama çok güzel. Berivan hanım karşılaşmadan göndermeye herşeye çok ilğili biri. Kahvaltı temiz taze güzel ve doyurucu çeşit iyi. Siz masanızda oturuyorsunuz serpme kahvaltı garson arkadaş getiriyor. Her göz göze gelmenizde size gülen gözler işe bakıyor otelde görevli olan kişiler. İstanbula yakın sanki çok uzaklarda. Harika bir tatildi 2 gün ama çok güzel.

Konaklama Tecrubemiz
Yeni açılmış bir yer olarak iyi niyetle çalışan bir tesis. Meyve tabağı ikramı düşünceli bir hareketti. Odamız çok temizdi ufak eksiklerde çok hızlıca giderildi. Odamızı 3 kişi tutmamıza rağmen ek yatak konulmamış olması iyi olmadı. Ek olarak kahvaltı zayıftı ve yine iki kişilik olarak servis edildi. İnternetten çok fazla faydalanamadık çekim kalitesi düşüktü. Yemek servisi yapılan bölgede güneşe karşı koruma yetersizdi tek bir şemsiye ile sıcağı belli masalarda önleyebilir durumdalar. Bu konuyu gidermeliler. Genel anlamda memnunduk bahsettiğim konularda hızlıca çözüm üretebilecek bir tesis. Ağva merkez ve alış veriş noktalarına çok yakın konumda olması işimizi kolaylaştırdı. Tekrar konaklamak isterim ama bahsettiğim konuların giderilmesi ile daha iyi bir tesis olacağına eminim. Teşekkürler
