Great location, nice facilities, friendly, professional, and attentive staff. Great renovation with a good attention to detail and truly Turkish character. With the care provided by this wonderful staff I felt like at home. The breakfast was a little too basic and lacked variety.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Side Hotel. The staff were wonderful and welcoming, the rooms and atmosphere were great, and the hotel was a few minutes walk from the major tourist attractions. I would definitely recommend this place and will be staying there again in the future. Thank you to the amazing team!

Top notch staff, average room, great location

So many comments mention the staff and now I understand why. They truly went out of their way to help, explain, and arrange whatever we asked about. There are also helpful signs in English on how to get to various locations in Instanbul. The staff made understanding and navigating the city easy. They brought luggage up 3 flights of stairs happily never expecting a tip for all their help. The accommodation was not luxury but we were out all day anyway exploring the city. I would absolutely stay here again.

Very close to the sights. Staff was super helpful and friendly. The room was very quiet. The toilet was too close to the shower meaning you had to have some part of you in the shower to use it. The curtains failed to block the outside light from coming in. The bed mattress could be replaced. If I ever go back to Istanbul that’s the place I would stay.

The location is just right. All staff are friendly and offer excellent services. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is good, and we had nice three-day stay. Highly recommended.

Basic hotel, but very comfortable, clean, great breakfast buffet with views to the mosque , staff friendly and welcoming. Just three minutes walking to Hagia Sophia and others tourist attraction in Istanbul. Safe area, next to Four Seasons hotel and in front of Seven Hills hotel .
