Ich habe vier Tage beim Hotel gebucht und die am Rezeption dachten ich habe nur drei Tage gebucht und haben meine Schlüsselkarte am letzten Tag inaktiv gesetzt und ich musste dringend in meinem Zimmer in einem Viedeocall teilnehmen kam verspätet dazu und gleichzeitig wurde mein Zimmer nicht gereinigt obwohl ich das Reinigungstaste im Zimmer eingeschaltet habe.
