We stayed at this hotel 9 days since the moment we arrived the staff was super friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, not to mention the view to the Bosphorus, the locación is perfect close to a lot restaurants, bars and different shops, close to public transportation but if your if your using a taxis and Uber you’re going to have to walk for a pick up location.

Rooms are small. Room wasn’t prepared when we arrived. Had to switch rooms. Food at Clementine made everyone unwell including kids, though perhaps that’s the price of the view from the terrace. Only real upside is the location on Istiklal. There are better hotels in Istanbul at this price.

Spend the extra money for a sea view room, it’s absolutely worth it. The staff was fantastic too. It’s a busy area so a little louder than some areas but it quieted down by time we went to sleep

The air conditioner does not work. I woke up in the middle of the night with so much heat. The rooms are really very small. It is suffocating, so much so that we had to leave in the middle of our first night. It isnt 4 star at all.

The water view from our room is magnificent and breathtaking!! It’s a boutique hotel with an excellent location that offers tourists with variety of food and shops. We had a wonderful time staying at the hotel! Cleaning staff are friendly and front desk staff are very helpful.
