The Hotel is in a very centric area near all the interesting and beautiful landmarks. Hotel staff was excellent and very friendly. We had a great stay ! Thankyou for the kindness and having breakfast ready to go for us since we were leaving early ( prior to Breakfast hours )staff had a to go bag for our family member. You guys are awesome!

Location was excellent; close to the tram, walking distance to old town and a very cool little restaurant downstairs which served lovely meals and Turkish wine. I would actually have preferred to have breakfast there rather than the hotel. Rooms were pleasant and spacious and perfectly clean. Staff were all really nice too.

The biggest plus goes to the staff who were very helpful and accommodating. The hotel’s location is great for those want to explore the city since it’s right next to the bus and tramway stations and the ferry port. I love staying at the Ferman Port Hotel when I visit Istanbul. It’s really conveniently located. Also the staff are super helpful and kind. The facility is also very clean and comfortable. I definitely will stay again.

Overall the hotel was great, especially the breakfast buffet. The location was fantastic. We loved how close it was to the metro station and lively area of Karakoy. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and kind. They made our stay very memorable, especially Hayran and Borak (sorry for misspelling).
