What a wonderful experience! The hotel is beautiful, the food is amazing, and the staff is truly exceptional—kind, knowledgeable, and always going the extra mile to make you feel at home. Plus, the location is perfect, with the airport nearby and shops within walking distance. Highly recommend staying here!

The property is new and at a reasonable distance from the airport. We stayed there 2 nights as we had to fly out and in of Istanbul for 2 days. Room was small but clean. Management should consider doing some heating arrangement in the washroom. It was shivering cold. The toilet was also quite high for me although I’m 6 feet. Staff should also know that breakfast bill should go to the room account. They should not embarrass guest by coming to their table and tell them to pay for the breakfast. There was no need to say it loudly with all guests listening that our breakfast was not included in the room rate so we need to pay. A suggestion please just confirm the room number with the guest and add the bill to the room account. Other than that the rest of the staff was very courteous and efficient.

Stayed a night in this hotel as transit. Near to IST airport, takes around 350/400 lira max to reach via cab. Rooms are reasonable size for transit purpose but long stay. After entering the room, we felt the temp is high so tried to lower the temp. Did not work. Called the reception but no one picked up. I went down and saw a person there. Asked him why he was not picking up, he pretended like not hearing the ring. Any case, I told him that AC not working. He insisted that it is working. After 10/15 of discussion he mentioned that AC can only heat the room and will not cool it. So basically it is a heater during this time of the year and they will not turn it as cooler. All room will have the same system and it can not be changed. So whole night we kept the door of the balcony open. Next problem: The pillow is exceptionally hard. Again went down and asked for diff pillow - they could not provide any. You will not be able to sleep with that hard pillow at all. Breakfast: We took breakfast buffet and asked to pay 15 Euro. However, when we asked for omelette they said it is extra 4 Euro. Where in the world you have to pay extra to get an omelette in your paid breakfast??? Should have told us before hand. Overall we felt attitude of the stuffs are very rude. We will never visit again this hotel.

Perfectly serviceable airport hotel though trying to punch above its price bracket doesn’t really work. Room okay and refurbished — bathroom great — but bed was bizarrely wedge shaped and bedsheets were synthetic and uncomfortable. Dry hotel.

AC didn’t work. Told staff they said since it’s getting cold outside their AC is set accordingly. Which I didn’t understand. Another issue was that no one spoke English which made things even more difficult.

The location is quite far away from the middle of Istanbul (or should I say the airport is far away from the center of Istanbul). I would say this hotel had more of a 3-star vibe than a 4-star vibe. The building and decor are dated. The buffet breakfast didn’t have the usual continental options and everything was placed uncovered so with the odd fly and staff conversations in the food area, it didn’t seem very hygienic. Add to that the fact that some of the guests seemed to think the serving utensils were unnecessary (they used their hands to pick items from the buffet) all of which led to an unpleasant breakfast experience. We stayed at Wyndham hotel in Izmir which was a 5* and excellent. In comparison, this hotel was a real disappointment. On a positive note, the mixed Turkish grill that we had at the restaurant the night before was quite nice.

Not neighborhood for first time tourists
View out front of hotel was industrial. Our room was a "supposed upgrade?" Room was adequate, even nice, but not what I would consider 5☆. Breakfast was chaotic and we were lucky to find a table. Buffet was extensive with a wide variety of cuisines. Neighborhood where hotel was located was not where a first time visitor to Istanbul will find lots of close interesting sites - It could have been Chicago or New York.

We were warmly greeted at our taxi to lead us to the front desk and up to our room. The front desk was very helpful and the check in was easy. We had an overnight here before returning to the airport. The food options, quality of food & service in the dining room were just what we needed. Thank you.

Short stay
This was just an overnight stay for an early flight the next morning. Room was small but comfortable. Shower was nice and hot. Breakfast was good. Turkish coffee was great at breakfast. Staff was pleasant and helpful
