Otelin geniş ve bedava bir otoparkının olması İstanbul’da olduğunu düşünürsek büyük bir artı. Tek verebileceğim tavsiye; oda servisi yemek menülerini biraz çeşitlendirebilirlerse güzel olur.

If you want a warm and friendly welcome when you enter through the door then you sure are at the right place. We were kindly welcomed during check in by the front desk team, all the members of the front desk were genuinely welcoming and had great communication skillls, especially excellent knowledge of English. All the members from the front desk (the young lady who checked me in, the young man who checked me in with my new reservation and the young man who checked us out were absolutely wonderful! Breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious and had many different varieties catering to different taste buds and the restaurant team members working during the weekend were truly wonderful! I strongly recommend Novotel for their wonderful customer service!

Old hotel
The hotel is outdated, old and many things are not working My first room was dirty and smelled really really bad, they changed me to a different room in wich every single day during my stay the card keys will magnetice or disprogrm 2-3 times a day, my second room safe box never worked and despite of several calls to reception , no one did anything about it, the bathroom in my second room was broken as well
