It was a great stay at the NEX Hotel in Istanbul. The hotel is modern with elegant and modern décor. The furniture is of a good, sophisticated and modern standard. The rooms are a little narrow but you can manage the space. The breakfast was good considering a 4-star hotel. The staff are so friendly and respectful, and for that we especially thank Mr. Ali Shan, the manager, Mr. Omar at the reception, and Mr. Mahmoud Guest Relations Manager, they were very cooperative with us, as Mr. Mahmoud and Mr. Omar helped us with many things and places to go. The location is very good as it is close to a major metro station and the main street. Only access to the hotel is via a slope, but during our stay we got used to this matter due to the nature of Istanbul.

Comfortable and convenient stay. Hotel is brand new, service was good, breakfast was adequate and good quality. Location is great as it is close to the metro station, however neighborhood is busy and sometimes noisy.

L’hotel è davvero molto bello, nuovo, pulito ed estremamente curato. La colazione è ottima, piuttosto internazionale. La zona dista 20 min a piedi da piazza taksim e altri 20 da Galata port, direi che logisticamente è un buon compromesso. Un ringraziamento speciale a tutto lo staff per il gradevole soggiorno.

Uitstekend gelegen, direct naast metrohalte , winkels, restaurants en park. Personeel vriendelijk. Hotel en kamers schoon. Bed is heerlijk, alleen kussens iets te hard. Interieur van het hotel is mooi, echter paar kleine missers bij de installatie van bad accessoires, zonde. Bij inchecken was onze twin kamer niet beschikbaar voor 1 nacht maar dat is opgelost door het aanbieden van gratis ontbijt voor alle dagen. Dat vonden we een nette oplossing. Ontbijt was goed en lekker, niets op aan te merken. Kortom plezierig verblijf gehad en zullen zeker terugkomen.
