Room had most of the components shown. The people who work there are lovely. The bed was comfortable. That’s where the good ends. Our room was in the basement. It was very musty from a moldy bathroom. Outlets and wiring hung from the wall. People talking late into the night just outside our high window to the outside. The whole place reeks of smoke. A large spider scurried across our bed at 5am. The airplane noise is loud and constant all night long. Don’t stay here. The only thing that kept us from leaving is that we got in so late and were leaving very early. It didn’t feel unsafe, it was just yucky. The reviews with 10* have to be fake. Believe the bad reviews.

The property, my room and the staff were great. The hotel location is not is the best area. There is a lot of construction in the area and limited street lights available.

The room was in the basement with a tiny window. We could hear noises all around us, ppl moving furniture upstairs, noises from the side and people outside the hotel. Let alone traffic noise from the street. Sheets had stains, pillows were lumpy, bathroom looked like a bad dyi renovation.

The main convenience is the hotel is very near to the ISTANBUL airport and staffs are friendly and helpful. Disadvantages are, you can’t find a single restaurant with continental food available within the vicinity of 20 KMS. In my case, the very first day they tried to accommodate in a basement room with safety window ( in this case , across the wall with two feet max width ) far above my head which I noticed nut and bolted with an iron grid on the outside wall !! and when I complained they offered me a room on ground floor in spite of they say Expedia VIP access and DELUX room having booked. They never took the garbage out or changed the bed sheets for seven days I stayed there, I have pictures to upload but here there’s no provision for that .

I really needed a place where I can get a good sleep before my long flight the following morning. The room had it all. Air-conditioning, clean, TV, nice and clean bathroom, and electric kettle with tea/coffee envelopes.

The room was in the basement with no windows at eye level, which raised safety concerns. The street was very noisy, and right next to a construction site. The staff was not professional, they offered an airport transfer fee, and raised the fee for no reason when I tried to book (in the end I booked airport transfer with another company). Hotel restaurant is grossly overpriced, there are good restaurants within walking distance that would cost a third of the price. The location is far from the downtown area and is not the best. We would not recommend this hotel, there are many other hotels in the area that are in a much better location than this one.

We stayed only few hours while waiting to go to airport to travel. The staff were friendly, but not experienced. We stayed in level -1, which i assume is a basement level. One of the walls in the hallway was broken. The hallway outside our room smelled really terrible and there were animal droppings in the hallway. We informed the staff about the droppings and they cleaned it and by the time we left, few hours later, the smell was a little better. I guess it can be used briefly as a stop by the airport, but definitely not for a longer stay.

The location was quite good within 12 min drive from the airport. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room needed some touch ups with paint and moldings, but over was quite spacious and clean.We checked out only at 12:30pm to catch our 3pm flight. Staff was very accommodating.

We stayed here for the night as we had a long layover. The hotel is about 3 miles away from the airport. There’s not a lot around that area. There are constructions down the streets. It was pretty noisy. This hotel was ok if you have a long layover otherwise it’s not a place where you would stay for your vacation. The carpet in the hallway was filthy. When we first got there, there was even dog poop just outside our room. Not a very good impression. The hotel offered a transfer to us for the next morning and it would be 20 euros. You’re better off getting an Uber for $12.

The room was very clean and the staff was excellent. The staff brought coffee and a small fruit plate to our room after we arrived. Tiny room and shower area but served the purpose of just needing a place to sleep.

Value-price was very well met. Clean and cozy room with a simple and natural style covering the basic amenities well. The staff were lovely (including a cute cat!) and the room met my expectations. Perhaps they could provide different pillow shapes as the ones there were not personally comfortable for me. The transfer to the airport is a bit overpriced, but it’s a punctual and reliable service to book with them. Overall, its an affordable and comfortable option for an overnight stay that I would take again.
