I like this hotel its very convenient,transport is very easy marmaray just 3-4 min walk,lots of restaurants and shopping malls,quite safe,ann busy area. cons i should say motorbikes on the pavements driving which you have to be very carefull

the hotel is conveniently situated close to all amenities pretty central the staff are polite and professional, but the bar prices are a little steep unfortunately, i had some money go missing from my luggage, this was not noticed till I returned home, i believe that the management should have staff vetted

I don’t blame the hotel about my stay I blame hotel.com . They are one of the biggest platforms for hotel booking when someone book a hotel from another country they rely on hotel.com or other platforms. Before posting a hotel as 4 star with all the photo shop pictures you should make sure some accuracy is there . It was disgusting from the look of the building, service, cleaning, room condition nothing was closed to a one star . It’s a shame

I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.. the staff couldn’t do enough for me and are all extremely friendly… particularly Ekin who worked at the bar area, was always very helpful and went out of his way to make me feel welcome. The hotel is in a lovely location in bakirkoy with everything u need on the doorstep.
