Filthy dirty, holes in walls, bathroom has 1 light and one broken with hole in ceiling, crooked furniture, they have 1 microwave to share for all the rooms, they sold me a phone charger which had to be replaced 5 times because they were all Chinese made, none of them worked. Defective door to porch, the neighborhood is dirties than you can even imagine, I paid $20 euro for shuttle to airport and they never arranged it, I had to ask them again to do it and driver was late and very rude. The pictures are an absolute lie, no power first day I was there, I had to spend the day at a coffe shop due to no electricity, the entire Istanbul area is insanely unfriendly to Americans and Christian’s and beyond dirty. I left the hotel 2 days early and booked the first flight available out of that horrible hotel, rude people, dirty everything in Istanbul bathrooms, restaurants, streets, just an awful country to visit. The hotel refused to refund me for the 2 days I didn’t use and refused to refund me for the broken charger. Thankfully Expedia gave me a $75 credit to help.

Clean, comfortable and affordable
This hotel is great for an overnight stay close to Istanbul airport. My room was clean, comfortable bed, spacious and newly furnished. There was a kettle with tea & coffee and a small fridge. Bathroom on the smaller side but it had a rainfall shower. They need to label the soap dispensers as wasn’t sure which one was soap and which one shampoo. I paid a very good price for my room and will stay again.

It’s quite close to the airport so you can hear that. But we slept just fine. Upon arrival we ordered food from room service and it arrived promptly delivered by a kind of “Uber Eats” type service. Food was very good. Shower wasn’t very hot at all.

I do not know why this property was rated as excellent. LOUD, LOUD jets from so close to the airport. Flew directly above us and could not sleep. No warnings at all about this in the reviews for this hotel. The floor in our room was dirty, I used slippers the entire time, soap dispenser in bathroom was hanging off of the wall, toilet seat was broken and the top would not stay up, our patio door was broken and could not lock (felt very unsafe - we kept our valuables close by us), had a foul oder in the bathroom- we kept the door shut at all times, construction was going on in the morning that was also heard. Expedia needs to get this hotel off of being and An excellent hotel immediately!!! This is not okay for travelers seeking hotels in the area. Staff was friendly though at check in and check out.

Hotel is clean ,comfortable and warm. Reception staff were friendly and helpful . There are a few eating places and a store for essentials. Downtown has more restaurants but its a 40min walk. Hotel offers food if needed. Taxi takes 10mins and costs around 400 to airport . A good hotel for a lay over.

Buena ubicación
Buena ubicación para pasar la noche entre vuelos. Sí se escuchan los aviones pero es lógico por su cercanía al aeropuerto. Muy buena atención del personal y la habitación cómoda y limpia. Hay un pequeño restaurante con comida típica del país a unos pasos donde pasamos un momento agradable con la atención del dueño a pesar de la barrera del idioma.
