We loved the hotel itself. Staff were great and very helpful. Room was nice. Breakfast buffet was great as well. The only issue was the location. Expedia listing says it’s a 6-7 minute drive to Taksim and other places and that’s just not the case. It’s at least a 20 minute drive from Taksim (can be 30 with traffic). The location is not what we expected and we found it inconvenient. It really is a beautiful hotel - just depends how important location is for you.

Hotel staff were great and accommodating, they took care of our luggage properly, even called us a taxi for a ride to the airport & made sure we didn't forget anything. Great experience and the hotel was beautiful! Will definitely be staying here for my trip to Istanbul next year!

It was very clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We were unfortunate to have loud guest near our room during our stay that kept us awake late at night. One call to security and it was sorted.

Really enjoyed our 6 night stay at Lazzoni Hotel. Nice, clean, well kept hotel. Staff are friendly and attentive. Location is a little away from the main tourist attractions but that means its peaceful after a crazy day in Istanbul. I recommend this hotel.

Me and my family stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. We also have two infants with us and I would just like to thank every single staff member in the hotel from the bottom of my heart for the fantastic service, care and attention to detail they have provided us with. This hotel is one that I would highly recommend for all sorts of groups. Whether that be a single person or families, etc. A special shout to the hotel manager who welcomed us with open arms and shared many tips and advices for us tourists helping us along our travels. A gem among gems!!

We had a pleasant 4 night stay in June 2024. The hotel is as pictured and is good value for money. The bedroom was spacious and clean. The lobby hall and 6th floor bar are beautiful areas. The housekeeping and the customer service were great. What is most memorable to us is the staff at the hotel who were attentive and friendly. A special thank you to Farzane who went out of her way to help us locate one of our bag that has gone missing. Highly recommended

This is a beautiful property stunning right over the river. Their restaurant on the rooftop has stunning view. Staff is so helpful and so welcoming. They also have one of the top rated spas and it was such a luxurious experience. I would absolutely stay there again.
