The hotel is nice an clean, the room is clean. The room has a dishwasher, a stove and an over and a fridge. The bed is comfortable. The staff is very nice and very accomodating. Overall a very nice stay.

One room with AC and the other is not and added to that The AC was not working , when complained they said i have to stay in the hot room till next day morning then I discovered they are double the same for all , when I requested a refund as my room is not ready they refused and the worst part expedia also not helping instead sharing with them the fraud Sadly i had to leave as i have family with kids to another hotel without any compensation

We stayed for a couple of nights, nice location in a quiet street with plenty of eating options nearby. Staff were very warm and friendly, cleanliness of apartment could have been improved

Honestly it was amazing the suites located in a quite area just 50 meters a way from harbiya bas station and 15 min from osmanby metro and everything is close to you such as 2 gym supermarkets such as carrfoor . I would like to thank mr ezaat for his excellent and professional attitude and behavior with us

Quiet neighborhood and convenient to many amenities. Professional and courteous staff. Good size suite. Need to ask specifically your needs for kitchen as I found mine without dishes, silverware, and pots and pans. Sounds like apparently some tenants unfortunately do not respect the rules and any things offered for the convenience of residents, disappear

the apartment was nice, but remember in ramadan there will be making noises with drum to wake up for breakfast, overall the condition and location was ok close to taksim sq. and major transportation. very close to the vps locations. the apartment is safe and clean.
