Mostly good with some exceptions, good price

The price was excellent, and front desk staff were very helpful. The room was fine overall, but did not look like to photo of the triple room in the Hotels.com posting. There were no chairs and no desk, and I selected that room so I would have them for a zoom meeting. I had to get a chair from another room to make that work. There was a fair amount of road noise, because the window didn’t close fully. Also the temperature was very high upon arrival, as it was set to heat to 27degrees Celsius/ 81 degrees Fahrenheit. They said it was centrally controlled so we could t Charlotte g it just in our room. They adjusted it for the whole hotel to 22 C.

I don’t recommend staying here. The facility was just okay, and it was noisy from the busy road and airplanes. The hotel manager was solicitous, appeared to want me to have a good stay, but was very tight and controlling with the breakfast, and greatly overcharged me for the airport shuttle.

I stayed one night due to a long layover. The hotel is near by IST airport, about 15 min of taxi ride. The area didn’t look very nice but looked safe. The hotel is ok for a layover not for actual stay. The room was clean but wasn’t really properly taken cared of. Very cheap furniture and fixtures. Receptionist ordered taxi for me which was absolute scam. Taxi driver charged me more than per meter saying that it’s a flat fee. Which was not truth. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER TAXI from the hotel, order yourself or order an Uber.

Great option for an overnight stay close to IST. Was able to order a cab for an early flight and front desk service was very helpful. Room was very clean and had all amenities I could need for a brief overnight stay before a 7am flight.
