It was a great stay! All the staff members were very friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with the various amenities and helpfulness of the various staff running and working all over & throughout the property. For those interested in the spa, the women's section has a women's only sauna, hammam, relaxations rooms and everything you need to shower and get dressed after. The co-ed pool section has a beautiful indoor pool and loungers and we were told the outside pool is heated even during winter (if i understood correctly). The hotel was also located next door to a nice public waterfront park. The hotel had free self parking and valet parking was 200 tl (11.2024) The only improvement I would personally like to see would be someone opening the car &/or taxi door and helping me in and out of my car or taxi (or at least offering). But overall it is a beautiful property and we had great service from everyone. I would like to thank everyone.

I like quality hotels and this one delivered, we had a king room with sea view and it was perfect, large and sunny for the morning. We didn’t eat at the property as it was expensive, we stayed four nights and was a really lovely Experiance. Staff wears exceptional with everything, recommend.

A staff.....cleaning staff stole jewellery from my room....and the hotel did nothing about it...though the manager promised to reach out to me....on rhe outcome of their investigation.....am yet to hear from me The security team went through their camera and told me they saw something..but refused to share what they saw with me....they covered up whatever and whoever they saw perpetrating the evil who obviously is their member of staff
