The location of hotel is best for easy access to all shops and restaurants, specially walking distance to Taksim very nice staff really friendly staff. The restaurant food not good The over all the hotel need an immediate renovation… specially bed and furniture Lights and sitting area lobby is very poor condition no comfort to relax few moments Tnx

Comfortable place
The place is clean and the people matters the most whichever hotel you go to stay. The people or the staff was really welcoming and kind. All of them during breakfast and in room service was really helpful.

I thought the property was fine. It was a little crowded but that was not a big deal. The staff at the hotel was really friendly and my room was nice and clean. They did have a place to eat inside the hotel and they had some good things to eat on the menu.

This Holiday Inn was pretty standard. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. However, the water that came out of the tap, both the sink and shower, was often dirty. Also, there was no hot water. On the whole, I would not stay here again.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was very small, and almost all the plugs were not working, which was inconvenient. The hotel feels old and dated, and the noise level made it hard to relax. Overall, not the experience I was expecting
