Everything ok. You have to take a tran to visit many well known places. Watch out of you pay with credit cards for some shopping tend to duplicate your charges.

The location of the hotel is perfect the staff are very friendly too. The room had everything we needed and the breakfast service was ok. The range could be improved slightly to include more hot items.

The overall stay was ok. Cleanliness was terrible. Dirty toilets and floors. Bedsheets were stained and dirty, pillow covers were ripped. Breakfast was very boring and had very little variety. They should have more variety in it. However, Staff at the desk was friendly and helpful especially Nuh who handled the problem with the tour agents very professionally. Ozkan and sinan were also very helpful. Location was excellent as all amenities were nearby including tram station and bus stop. Local food cafes and shops were also plenty in that area.
