The fact that the things you mentioned are announced and not actually exist is not something that can be claimed afterwards, and we did not announce that we are a hotel, that we have breakfast, or that our pool is open. You can forward your complaint to the agency where you made the reservation. The refund you specified was made not because of your agency, but because we tried to help you.
