The location is very good. Bus and tram at the front of the hotel. The bath is dirty. No idea what cleaners are doing. The nice marble in the bathroom need a proper polish. The silicone around the bath has turned black for lack of cleaning. Hotel is definitely not a 5*. They don’t even offer a free bottle of water in the room. Everything is for sale.

A good hotel for business

Excellent stay at very good rates. Istanbul is quiet currently for obvious reasons but this hotel would be good for either business or leisure trips. I was working at the expo centre near the Ataturk airport and the proximity to the T1 tramway and taxi services meant getting to and from the hotel was relatively painless. The bar, room and breakfast was all of a high standard and very comfortable.

Great family break

Toilet seat loose., Shower screen leaking water, No shaver socket in bathroom, finally no draws in side table or cupboard in the room.

Excellent trip

Hotel is situated near tram which takes you blue mosque were most of tourist attraction no need for taxi
