If you know how normally place to stay in Airport area is, then you would find this hotel is way above average in matter of convenience. Highly recommended for transit stay!

The staff is exceptionally friendly!
This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I really like it. As someone who flies over 100,000 miles a year, with most of that travel through IST Airport, I’m always on the lookout for a hotel where I can feel truly comfortable — and this one ranks at the top of my list. I always book the room with a sauna and jacuzzi, which is incredibly relaxing before embarking on 13-hour flights to the West Coast of the United States. The hotel offers a round-trip shuttle for €55 (cash only, no card), which I used during my previous stay. However, this time I opted for a taxi service via the BiTaksi app, and it was much cheaper! I paid just €28 round trip, and the experience was easier and quicker. I needed to leave for the airport at 05:00, and there were at least 10 taxis available in the area. My ride arrived within three minutes of ordering it. The hotel is about a 10-15 minute uphill walk from the town center if you're looking to grab a meal. While they do offer room service, the prices are extremely high. I found a more affordable alternative by using the Yemeksepeti app, where I ordered a complete dinner with drinks for the same price as one entrée from their room service menu. The only downside to using the app is that you need a Turkish phone number to place an order (I used a friend's). Despite these minor issues, I still rate this hotel 5 stars. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the rooms are very comfortable.

It is a good hotel for overnight stay and nothing else. It doesn’t have a restaurant. Only room service. The area is also nothing around. Stuff is really nice and helpful. They help you with the bags and the taxis.Very friendly and pleasant people. Taxis are a nightmare and rip off. From airport go and use metered taxis that are lined up outside. I paid 9 bucks. Don’t call Uber. They don’t come. From the hotel do call Uber. They come in couple of minutes. I had 2 stays at this hotel and both times it was fast. Still in the price range the Uber shows they always charge the max amount from 10-15 bucks range. They put it in manually. Still cheaper than the hotel. Don’t use the hotel. They want 30 euros for a car to pick you up. And to call a cab is 15 euros. I rode a lot of taxis. And this country is a nightmare of taxi drivers that rip you off. If they did you very wrong take their license plate and report them. They get punished for that( a tip from my very good Turkish friend). Negotiate prices. They always overcharge you. I wish this hotel had a shuttle. I have stayed in a lot of countries that do provide this service and probably have more business because of that. Overall I would give solid 4 stars to them. Nice to stay between flights.

We had a severely delayed flight out of Seattle, causing us to miss dinner. Staff were incrediblly friendly and professional. They have a menu for 24 hour service, which was amazing! Hot, delicious food that arrived quickly. Beautiful and clean room. The soaking tub was very pleasant after traveling for nearly 24 hours.
