From the moment I stepped into the Property I was treated as a very special guest. The Staff were welcoming and offered a drink and familiarised me with the property and the surrounds. My room was compact but fresh and clean with a wonderful view across the Golden Horn to the Sultanahmet and Bazaar District's skyline. The Hotel is well located close Galata Tower and and walking distance to the Shopping and Dining areas around Istiklal Caddesi in Beyoglu. Overall a very comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Best welcome I have received from a hotel. Stepped from the hot street to be greeted with a refreshing lemonade (free). Very helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.

Very good boutique hotel

Lovely boutique hotel with excellent service. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Breakfast had great variety and was plentiful. Our room was very comfortable with really nice sea view overlooking the bridge. Location was a little out of the way in lighting district but close to main tourist area. Street was quiet at night but a little noisy in the morning with people working in the area. Very good value for the money. Would definitely recommend.

I enjoyed my stayed at Doruk. The hotel is near the Galata Tower and also near the Galata Bridge where you can take public transportation to the Dolmabahçe Palace and other main highlights. The staff is very friendly and professional. Mohammed was amazing with all his recommendations for dinner. Emir was always so helpful and he makes the best lemonade. Finally my favorite of all! Osmen Bay. I spent three weeks in Türkiye. I was missing my cat and Osmen (the sweetest cat owned by the hotel) was so nice to keep me company and give me cuddles. Thank you everyone for making my last 5 days in Istanbul memorable.

This is a great small hotel close to Galata Tower. Hotel owner and staff are super nice and friendly. Breakfast included great variety of food. Rooms are kind of small in size. We booked a 'superior room' but it barely had space to walk around the bed. We had free upgrade to a larger room after we complained to the hotel owner. Hotel location is good for the Galata area, but next time we would prefer to stay in the old town.

Immaculate hospitality, wonderful experience

This is such a wonderful hotel. Their hospitality is nowhere near the level that is normally provided nowadays. They’re always willing to help, genuinely kind and so fun to talk to. Every guest stops at front desk on their way out and back to have a conversation with staff. They care about you, they’re easy to deal with and everything there is simply so smooth. Breakfast is amazingly fresh and varied. Such good value for money as well. Their cat Osman is a lovely guy that hangs around and makes everything seem so chill and enjoyable, as was our stay af Doruk Palas Hotel. Thank you so much for everything! Hospitality like this is so rare to find these days. I highly recommend this hotel, come here and you will not be disappointed!

Great small hotel with super friendly staff. My room was clean and tidy, with a good view from my window) Great breakfast bar. Liked the staff that works there. Very nice people. I used their shuttle option to and from the airport- loved that service. Will come back again next time! Definitely recommend this place!
