We had an incredible stay at this hotel in Istanbul! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for. Everyone was super friendly and went above and beyond to make our visit special. The rooms were comfortable and clean, giving us a perfect place to relax after exploring the city. The location was excellent, close to major attractions, which made sightseeing easy. The concierge gave us fantastic recommendations and even helped organize tours for us. Overall, it was a fantastic experience; we can’t wait to return. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent service and a memorable stay in Istanbul!

I chose to spend my birthday here and am very happy to have done so - I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. Truly outstanding service, thanks especially to Murat at breakfast for being so helpful and resourceful. Thanks also to Maryam from concierge for being so kind and resourceful, also helping us with reservations and recommendations for how to make the most of our time in Istanbul. We had an excellent time. The hotel was well located close to Taksim Sq and well connected in terms of taxis and public transport to the rest of Istanbul. It was also very clean and impressive in terms of its design and views. We also tried the spa and the Bali massages were very good as well as the facilities. The hotel went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable time, we would definitely stay there again and recommend it to our friends and family.

Not sure how this hotel had such great reviews, it was terrible. More like a 3 star hotel at best. The power in my room continuously went out - I reported it every time, they never sent anyone to fix it. There’s only one power socket in the bathroom and it’s labeled “shavers only,” so I called guest relations to confirm that I could use it for other plug ins, the Manager advised me to use it - it broke my hair curler. I let them know, they also didn’t care. Generally speaking, the hotel is on a hill, which makes walking difficult. We had to use taxis throughout the stay (but don’t use the hotel’s taxis because they charge 2x on the meter). There’s a metal detector & xray machine upon entry, and they check you every time (even if you’re carrying food). You can’t use the pool unless you buy a hair cap (it’s strictly an indoor pool). There are no room/bathroom amenities, if you want anything you have to call over and over to guest relations to ask them to send it to you (i.e. cotton swabs, shaver, qtips, slippers, etc). Also surprised at how little the staff knew English, even the Front Desk Manager barely spoke a sentence. Overall, 0/10. Run!

My recent stay at the hotel was truly a visual delight. The decor was stunning, and its prime location made exploring the area effortless. I particularly appreciated the breakfast; it was varied and of high quality, offering delightful options to satisfy every palate. However, despite these appealing features, I wouldn’t select this hotel for my next trip. Unfortunately, the room felt rather stuffy, as it lacked proper ventilation, and the air conditioning didn’t appear to function effectively ( no balcony). This resulted in a somewhat uncomfortable stay, as I struggled to relax in a less-than-ideal environment. Additionally, I found the prices at the bar to be exorbitant, with a glass of prosecco costing an eye-watering $30—definitely not what I expected. In summary, while the hotel boasted many attractive qualities, the air quality and steep bar prices significantly impacted my experience, prompting me to consider more comfortable options for my next visit.

My stay at the CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel was truly exceptional. The room was beautiful and impeccably clean, with a comfortable atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were incredibly friendly, always offering support whenever needed. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. The view of the Bosphorus from the terrace was absolutely lovely, adding an extra touch of magic to the experience. I have nothing but compliments for this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul!

The best hotel in all of Istanbul
Absolutely the best hotel. Their hotel is beautiful, the service is outstanding, and they go over and beyond to make every guest feel welcomed and special. Some of the people who really went over and beyond for us were Almira, Murat, Ogus, and Malik. That’s just to name a few but honestly everyone at the hotel from the guys in parking, to security, to manager, check in staff, concierge service, spa, breakfast were outstanding. The location is perfect very close to Taksim and the metro. You also have so many bus transits near. I come up Istanbul every years and have stayed at most of the top hotels I can honestly say for the last few years this hotel is where I always stay and for a good length of time. I look forward to visiting Istanbul and staying at CVK!!
