You can rest in the master bedroom queen bed or sneak a peek of the ocean out the twin bedroom window. Relax on the private balcony with a pool view off of living room. Not only do you have access to the community pool you also have access to the Sea Cabin laundry facility and fishing pier located across the street.

Convenient location
The unit was nice and as shown in the listing. Our unit was on the third floor and there was no elevator. That makes it difficult for seniors.

Clean and Great Location
Condo was great for our family of 4. Very clean and met our needs. A few items could use updating (torn carpeting on balcony and broken drawers in kids bedroom) but overall had everything we needed.

Great family condo
Our family of four, kids 8 and 5, stayed here and were very happy! It was warm and welcoming and very spacious for the week. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking supplies and the living room furniture was very comfortable. It was a short walk to the beach, shops, and exercising was wonderful on ocean blvd. The sun comes up to the right while looking off our deck and we were in the shade, it was wonderful while drinking coffee in the morning! A few updates are needed, definitely the mattress (we found it to be old and very uncomfortable), paint chipping on the walls, and some broken blinds. The knives in the kitchen also need sharpened or replaced. I also recommend a step stool, the cabinets were high and the sink for our 5 year old was a little tough for him to reach. We reached out to maintenance by text about a shower handle not working and they came while we were out at the beach to fix it that day! It was so convenient. Island reality is extremely easy to work with and such a pleasure. The condo needs just a few updates, but overall a great place to stay and we throughly enjoyed our stay!

Proximity to beach / food was great! Parking was excellent. Floors, kitchen, bathrooms were very clean. The living room recliner has a little sand left on it (easy fix was to cover for our stay with a sheet). A few of the mini blind slats were missing / damaged. The size of the unit worked out very well. All in all, the unit was very good and worth the $$

Nice location - has potential to be great
Convenient location to beach and several places in walking distance. Unit is well stocked with everything you need in kitchen. Needs new paint, work on all doors so they close, replace all window coverings and mattresses. Outdoor table should be replaced before it breaks. Nice pool and good parking. Overall good place near the beach.

Great location for easy beach access
This place was perfect for our trip. The beach was so close, as well as restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Indoor furniture was so comfy and the kitchen was nice and well stocked for cooking.

Weekend getaway
This place is great location for those who just want a quick walk to the beach! However for my family, I don’t think we could’ve stayed longer than a weekend. The mattresses there are oooollllddd, springy, and quite uncomfortable. I understand mattresses can be expensive, but this would be a wonderful investment.

Excellent location - slight maintenance issues
This place is conveniently right across from Isle of Palms County Park. We loved having the convenience and being able to have a fully stocked kitchen. Only thing the kitchen missed were scissors. The beds were pretty uncomfortable but it was a place to sleep. There were a few cosmetic issues but didn't take away from the experience. My kids had a blast at the beach.

Everything was as advertised. Easy check-in/check out. Very easy to get to and close proximity to beach. Clean property with adequate amenities. Two full bathrooms a plus for a family of 4 (with 2 teenagers). Nothing fancy, but on vacation we look for a safe, clean place to sleep and shower. This rental worked perfectly for us.

The condo was very clean and well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The location was great to park once and walk everywhere we wanted to go. No elevator so be prepared to climb stairs.

This condo is in an excellent location on IOP. Very close to the shopping and dining options on the island and very easy walk to the beach. The building is old and has some cosmetic issues but still very nice!

Renting this condo was very easy to do. Everthing was as described. Rolls of toilet tissue, one roll of paper towels, linens, bath towels, face clothes, dish detergent, and trash bags were all provided. Condo was well stocked.

Great location! Island realty was great.
The condo was nice. Needs some updating with little things like door stoppers on doors, fans in bathroom don’t work but not a big deal. Bedspread in twin room needed cleaning and new twin mattress tops for twin beds. Light on porch could be changed with a cover on the porch outlets and new outdoor carpet for porch. Also algae/ green mold on railing of porch needs to be cleaned. Other than that it was excellent and view of pool was fun. Would go back. Fair price.
