Gorgeous home that has recently been completely renovated and redesigned. This home is also situated for amazing sunrise and ocean views overlooking the golf course. Renovations from top to bottom means everything in this home is brand new, with polished and modern design.
This home is tucked away in the private gated community of Ocean Point located within Wild Dunes. The Ocean Point Community includes access to a community pool located just one block up the road. Just steps away from the beach access this home is positioned on the Northeastern tip of Isle Palms, which has very limited access. This makes plenty of room for you and the family to sprawl out and enjoy the serenity of the Atlantic Ocean! If you are looking for a nice peaceful family getaway, look no further.
Each bedroom has been redesigned so each has access their own private bath, and bedding one would expect at a 4 star hotel. The master bedroom tops them all with panoramic views of the ocean and 18th hole of the Links course.
The kitchen and baths have all been rebuilt with beautifully elegant finishes. With an additional half bath just off the kitchen. There is also an additional kitchenette/bistro on the 2nd floor separate from the bedrooms so as not to disturb the rest of the family if you need your early cup of Joe while enjoying the astonishing sunrise views off the top deck.
Other features include: Elevator, large open living and dining areas with hardwood floors, Covered screened in patio, sundeck, garage, washer and dryer, five cable TVs. Wireless internet. Beautiful home! Not ideal for seniors due to the steep slope of the driveway, or the long walk to the beach. Unfortunately, the floors were in serious need of cleaning - very dirty! Very satisfied overall.
