The interior of 409 Summerhouse is lovely with the new tile floors and bright beach colors throughout the home. The furnishings are comfortable and perfect for the home. A nicely equipped kitchen with upgraded countertops provides everything you might need if eating in rather than visiting one of the many restaurants (seasonal), all of which are within walking distance of 409 Summerhouse.

“Sea Forever” at 409 Summerhouse features two bedrooms each with a private bath. The guest bedroom features a queen bed as well as a twin bed, making it perfect for traveling couples or families with children. The master bedroom features a king bed, private bath, and direct access to the oceanfront deck. Additional bedding can be found in the living area with a full-size sleeper sofa.

Just steps away from the elevator, your family will discover the Summerhouse oceanfront pool and deck with plenty of loungers for everyone. The beach is easily accessible by the Summerhouse boardwalk.

This was a beautiful condo in a wonderful place. I would Highly recommend it BUT check to see if the construction was done. It was so loud during the day that we could not enjoy the balcony. One morning the started way before 8am. Constant hammering. Also I really feel like they should have let us know that there would be construction. Haynes Family

Nice and quiet if that is what you are looking for. Property had all that you needed. We ate out most of the time and there is a bit of a drive (same drive) to get to the restaurants. Shem's creek offered some nice waterfront restaurants but Charleston Harbor Fish House over by the USS Yorktown had the nicest views of Charleston and the harbor action.
