Stayed at this hotel for one night on a visiting Ise Shrine. The cleanliness of both the rooms and facilities was commendable, and the hotel was equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
One minor suggestion would be the provision of additional bottled water in the rooms, or clear information regarding the drinkability of tap water.
The public bath facility, although not an onsen, offered a large bath that was quite relaxing. We did not have the opportunity to try the food at the hotel’s restaurant.
The staff demonstrated excellent communication skills and appeared well-trained, which enhanced our stay. It would have been beneficial to know in advance about the availability of taxi discount tickets the hotel provides.
Additionally, while there are several dining options around the hotel, many restaurants are popular and require reservations well in advance. This is not a shortcoming of the hotel itself but something guests might want to consider when planning their stay.
I will come back and stay again if I have a chance.
