The rooms need a major remodel. Extremely pricey for what you get. Dirty room/carpet, bathroom fixtures (shower) not working properly. Our room was not serviced. Overall, the hotel is located in a nice, convenient area, but needs a facelift.

Stayed for a recent trip to disneyland. Chose it to stay the night near the John Wayne Airport for one night before going to the disneyland hotel (we had a late flight). Breakfast was amazing! Hotel was beaitiful. Highly recommend!

I like the spacious suite for 1-2 persons to stay. Here are couple things I didn’t like: 1) toilet paper is too thin and could be easily teared out by hand; 2) the breakfast closes at 9:30am.

The poor comment is because my AC did not work in my room and I was hot all night. One of the solutions was to put us in another room but everyone was sleep as we were exhausted after spending the day at Disney

Our room was dirty and noisy. Maintenance came up once to to try to resolve and did not. Room was dirty. Think it was poop smeared on one door, partial tampon was found on the shelf behind the clean towels, the safe did not work, floors super dirty! Did not even bother opening pull out couch.

The heat pump compressor was very noisy, I talked to the front desk lady and her behavior was very disrespectful. I simply asked whether we can switch rooms and she cut my sentence with a very bad tone that they cannot switch rooms! Terrible experience!
