Great polite staff. However, housekeeping staff needs a lot of help as it might be overwhelming for them. We had two rooms. One without hairdryer another one without TV remote controller. Dustbin cover were seperated. It took them more than 30mins to get back. Getting keys to the gym is tedious , staff handed wrong access cards. It should be accessible via room cards. Skip the morning breakfast. The only good items were the chilli and coffee. Very good property overall with nice touch such as the tidbit and coffee / tea station just outside our rooms. Hardworking moon cake promoter but we didn't buy because it didn't taste good at all. We felt bad for the promoter.
Everything was ok except the sound insulation and also our room window is facing a corridor so we have to keep everything close to protect our privacy

Stay was good. Suggest that a motion sensor light be installed at the staircase. I nearly tripped and fall at 6.45am in the morning coz there’s no light at all and it’s dark
Everything was fantastic. Only the sound insulation is a bit weak. We can hear the next door sound clearly when they plugging in the plug point and doors open and closed. Same goes to outdoor sound, we can hear clearly at night for the cars and motors sound. Hope this may be improved further.
Got some hiccups upon check-in due to earlier made requests were not noticeable and unattended at all. But ended the in charge (I guess) tried her best to solve the issue by letting us to view the rooms before check-in, also prepared a slice of cake as a gesture for my birthday celebration. This is good to ease the unpleasant experience from the first impression.
Location is quite good, but better to understand the overnight parking area before check-in.
Other down side is, should you are a light sleeper, if possible better try to request the room (if any) that is not facing the main road which is really quite some noise in midnight and early morning.
I stayed for three night while exploring Ipoh . The hotel is okay but it’s more of a business hotel . The room was clean and comfortable. The gym is really good but it seems like no one ever uses it and it’s very dusty. The breakfast was nice and the high tea on arrival was a nice touch . The location of the hotel isn’t great for a holiday . You would be much better to stay in the city centre . There were however some good places to eat nearby and a mall across the road . The staff were okay , a bit indifferent to me most of the time , a couple of nice interactions with one guy . Overall a decent hotel
The staff in the hotel are friendly, courteous and attentive. Thank you especially to Jay Wong, Arjay, Lucas and Nina for making our stay a pleasant one.
On the whole, the hotel is more suitable for short stay guests. Based on our 23 nights stay, there are a few issues that need to be addressed.
1) The room allocated to us had a window that
faced the shop lot and public corridor. There was no fresh air or natural light and no privacy unless one pull back the curtains and open the window. Had to leave curtains
closed most of the time for privacy without
natural light.
2) Rather noisy as our room was next to the
housekeeping staff/storeroom and exit
3) Room and bathroom lights was quite dim for
us with not as good eyesight
4) No trash bin in bathroom
5) General cleaning of room is an issue. Lots of
dust above fridge under the desk, bedside
and desk lamps were dusty, dusty kettle and
beverage tray. Needed to request vacuuming
of room and cleaning of bathroom on 8th day
of our stay as not done
6) Toilet and bathroom not cleaned regularly.
