The ground floor features a living room with a flat-screen TV, a lounge area with another flat-screen TV and an exit leading to the garden, a room with a double bed, a dining room with a dining table and an exit to the patio, and a large kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, five ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, grill, and a separate dining table, also with an exit to the patio. Additionally, there is a separate guest bathroom on this level.
