Welcome to The Sandyplace in Inverloch, a four-bedroom holiday home nestled in the beautiful coastal town. This comfortable house is perfect for families, and even your family dog. The home features three large bedrooms: Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 each have a queen bed, while Bedroom 3 offers two sets of bunk beds. Additionally, the fourth bedroom has 2 single beds. Linen not included. The bathroom is well-appointed with a shower, bath, toilet, and vanity.

The fully equipped kitchen is part of an open plan kitchen, meals, and living area, making it ideal for socializing and family meals. The living room boasts an enclosed wood heater for cozy nights during the cooler months, and wall-mounted reverse cycle air conditioning to keep you comfortable in the summer. For those who can't completely leave work behind, there's a bedroom / study with a desk and Wifi available.

Step outside to the large deck off the meals area, leading to a fully enclosed yard where you can enjoy a barbecue. The property also features a large three-door garage with an additional enclosed wood heater and remote roller door access for one car. Pets are welcome at The Sandyplace, but please keep them outside. Laundry includes a washing machine and there is a washing line and clothes drying rack.
