Nomad Motel
We just needed a place to sleep for one night. It is a no-frills motel. Very old. Kind of a musty smell to it. Only 1 wash rag was supplied. Pillows were very soft and the carpet needed to be replaced. The smoke detector light kept flashing all night. The bathroom was nice but the door did not close all the way. The motel people we encountered were nice. No food was provided.

This Motel has been remodeled inside it’s absolutely clean from the bathroom to the front door. Clean quiet and friendly cleaning personnel.

There was no staff. It was all self service, but it was still slick. Dining options on a Sunday evening in International Falls is limited. Our room was spacious and quiet. Great water pressure for showering.

It’s an old school motel with cutting edge check in tech. It was perfect for our group to stage our trip to Lac Seul. We will be returning here as long as we are heading up to Canada

Very nice motel close to NP
I wish other motels owners in Minnesota would go to Nomad motel for training how to run this business. We had a pleasant stay there. The room is clean, everything was like new. Someone made sure remotely that we check- in without problem . I would definitely stay there again.

Great value!
This hotel was fantastically easy to access and use. We received a numeric code to enter and then a key popped out. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the price was very low. Will definitely use this place again.

Loved the contactless checkin process. A code is sent to you the day of checkin to obtain your key. Easy to understand and very quick and efficient. Wished all motels would do the same! We only had one towel for two people but a quick text remedied the situation and instructions were given where to find additional supplies in the courtesy cabinet. If this process is the future of motel checkins, I'm all for it! Room was clean, seems recently renovated, and the area was quiet. Would highly recommend!
